With over 14 years of dedicated experience as a public school psychologist Wanny Woodford brings a wealth of expertise and insights to every student encounter. Her experience spans both in elementary as well as secondary levels. Wanny continues to have a passion for fostering holistic development and addressing the diverse needs of learners. She has a special passion in working with bilingual and bicultural learners. She strongly believes in bridging the linguistic and cultural gaps of diverse learners to ensure that every student receives comprehensive support.

Wanny understands that nationwide there is a critical short of school psychologists which creates a backlog of students waiting to be evaluated in a timely fashion in order to receive special education services.

School Psych Care LLC was formed in order to ameliorate some of the void existent across school districts.  In her current role as founder, Wanny provides psychoeducational evaluations, partial assessments, along with consultancy services in the state of Florida facing unmet requirements for their pending referral for evaluations lists, including cases involving English Language Learners. Having worked for several districts, Wanny’s skills set encompasses a deep understanding the evaluation and assessment process. Wanny has a commitment to promoting inclusive and equitable learning environments to ultimately, empower students to achieve their fullest potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
